The Clutch Quiz is a self-assessment, meaning each athlete will evaluate themselves and their own habits and skills.
Each athlete evaluates themselves differently thus, athletes are encouraged to identify their strengths (higher scores) and growth opportunities (lower scores), via a Clutch Scoring range of 1-100.
- Identify your Strengths. Work to maintain those strengths using the guidance below. Your strengths are the habits and skills that will carry to success.
- Develop your Growth Opportunities. Begin applying the Clutch Coaching to improve your areas of greatest need.
- Begin by applying 2 new habits per week. After 3 weeks, these new habits will become part of your routine.
- Watch the videos in the Video Library to learn mindfulness and gain valuable insights from experts.
- Read the Blog to gain insights on the mental game.
