The Clutch Quiz is a self assessment that helps athletes understand their Clutch Profile. The Clutch Profile outlines strengths and opportunities to develop the skills utilized by Clutch Athletes in high pressure situations.
According to our unique research, clutch athletes share a set of 10 routines and skills that help them prepare, perform, and develop for optimal performance in the clutch. These are proven, emotionally intelligent skills which can be improved and developed by all athletes, at any age or skill level.
The Clutch Quiz is a self-assessment, meaning each athlete will evaluate themselves and their own habits and skills.
Each athlete evaluates themselves differently thus, athletes are encouraged to identify their strengths (higher scores) and growth opportunities (lower scores), via a Clutch Scoring range of 1-100.
